MEET LAVONZELL: Your Partner in Organizational Growth

Hi there! I'm Lavonzell (she/her), and I think of myself as a culture co-creator who partners with leaders to build workplace environments where people feel they belong, allowing teams to innovate and thrive.

Over the past 20 years, I've had the privilege of leading operations for nationally recognized organizations, founding a thriving community-focused business, and helping countless leaders navigate the beautiful complexity of growing purpose-driven work..

My approach is interdisciplinary, grounded in my Master of Social Work plus an MS in Organizational Leadership. I meet you and your organization exactly where you are, not where I think you should be.

Throughout my journey, I remain committed to community and inclusivity. I believe in the power of radical empathy, the importance of psychological safety, and that relationships are the foundation of all meaningful change.

When I'm not consulting, you'll find me spending time with my two children, practicing radical self-care through weekend trips and yoga, and making brave yet mostly unsuccessful attempts at gardening (hey, we all have our growth areas!).
